For those of us who were alive in 2001, we can all recall the moment we found out about the horrific attacks on September 11th.
Whether you heard about it on the news, lost a loved one, or knew someone who was affected, September 11th changed the United States forever.
The fallout of the tragic attacks resulted in a great deal of pain, loss, and grief for Americans, along with countless new safety guidelines for our transportation systems.
Another emergence from the aftermath was the unity of Americans who came together and supported those in need.
While these attacks happened 19 years ago, that sense of unity is needed now more than ever.
Today, make it a point to remember and honor those we lost, as well as pray for unity in our country.
