Hearts Afire Gala
The Hearts Afire Gala is an annual event hosted by the Sisters of Saint Dominic that recognizes individuals with the Mary Ann Sammon Award for Compassion and Service. Supporting the Hearts Afire Gala enables the Sisters of Saint Dominic to carry on the Dominican mission of preaching the good news of the Gospel, as well as fostering hope, mercy, justice, and truth in today's fragile earth and fragmented world.
2021 Virtual Hearts Afire Gala Announcement
Join the Sisters of Saint Dominic of Blauvelt, New York, at their 2021 Hearts Afire Virtual Gala on June 3, 2021!
Since we cannot hold our annual event in person again this year, we are bringing the Gala to our friends, family, and generous supporters.
Each year, the Hearts Afire Gala honors individuals whose lives have demonstrated a spirit of faith and deep caring for others. This year, the Sisters of Saint Dominic will be honoring Teresa Radzinski, Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with U.S Trust, and long-time and faithful benefactors Laura and Daniel Grable with the Mother Mary Ann Sammon Award for Compassion and Service.
We hope you will consider supporting the Hearts Afire Gala by tuning in on June 3, participating in our Silent Auction, or showing your support with a sponsorship, journal ad, or donation.
When you support the Hearts Afire Gala, you assist the sisters as they continue to promote hope, mercy, justice, and truth through their ministries, further their mission to serve the poor and marginalized, bringing compassion and mercy to those who need them most. Your support will also provide for the dignified care of the aging and infirm sisters in the community who have devoted their lives to serving God's people.
