Map and Directions to the Motherhouse

The Sisters of Saint Dominic of Blauvelt, New York Motherhouse is located in Blauvelt, NY, at 496 Western Highway. Western Highway runs parallel to Rt. 303. You may reach Western Highway by turning onto Mountainview Avenue or Erie Street – two streets that intersect with Rt. 303 in Rockland County, New York.

If you are coming from Orange County: Take Palisades Interstate Parkway (traveling south) to Exit 6E. At the second traffic light, turn left on to Western Highway. Travel down Western Highway for about ½ mile and after your first traffic light, pass the Dominican University parking lot then make the first left into the Motherhouse driveway. Right across the street from the Motherhouse is Dominican University’s Hennessy Center and Granito Center. 

 

If you are coming from New York City: Take the George Washington Bridge to the Palisades Interstate Parkway. Exit at 6E. At the second traffic light, turn left on to Western Highway. Travel down Western Highway for about ½ mile and after your first traffic light, pass the Dominican University parking lot then make the first left into the Motherhouse driveway. Right across the street from the Motherhouse is Dominican University’s Hennessy Center and Granito Center.

If you are coming from Westchester County: Take the Tappan Zee Bridge to the New York State Thruway to Exit 12. Take Route 303 south. At Orangeburg Road turn right, and then at the first traffic light turn right on to Western Highway. Travel down Western Highway for about ½ mile and after your first traffic light, pass the Dominican University parking lot then make the first left into the Motherhouse driveway. Right across the street from the Motherhouse is Dominican University's Hennessy Center and Granito Center.

If you are coming from New Jersey: Take the Garden State Parkway North to the New York State Thruway South to Exit 12. Take Route 303 south. At Orangeburg Road turn right, and then at the first traffic light turn right on to Western Highway.  Travel down Western Highway for about ½ mile and after your first traffic light, pass the Dominican University parking lot then make the first left into the Motherhouse driveway.
