SUMMER FILM FESTIVAL
You are invited to come view and discuss short films addressing issues of social justice.
Two of the films will be from the Global Oneness Project, exploring how the simple notion of
interconnectedness can be lived in our increasingly complex world. The other two films will address
the issue of human trafficking. They will be shown:

  • Sisters of St. Dominic Huston Room
  • 496 Western Highway, Blauvelt, NY
  • Wednesdays, July 21, 28 & August 4, 12
  • 5:30-6:30 PM

FROM WESTCHESTER COUNTY via the Tappan Zee Bridge/I-87 W/New York State Thruway. Take Exit 12, RT-303 S/West Nyack. Follow 303 S. approx. 3 miles to Erie St. Turn right at the traffic light. Follow over RR tracks to the traffic light, make left onto Western Highway. Convent is .75mi on the right. For the Main Building, look for the Suso Entrance.

FROM NEW JERSEY via Garden State Parkway. The Garden State Parkway will merge with the New York State Thruway. Follow the Thruway South to Exit 12, RT-303 S/West Nyack. Follow 303 S. approx. 3 miles to Erie St. Turn right at the traffic light. Follow over RR tracks to traffic light, make left onto Western Highway. Convent is .75mi on the right. For the Main Building, look for the Suso Entrance.

FROM NEW YORK CITY via the George Washington Bridge. On the George Washington Bridge, take Exit 74 to the Palisades Interstate Parkway. Take the Orangeburg exit, Exit 6E. Follow Orangeburg Rd. to the second traffic light and make a left onto Western Highway. The Convent is approx. ½ mile on the left. For the Main Building, look for the Suso Entrance.

FROM PENNSYLVANIA via I-287 North. Follow I-287 N. to I-287 E/I-87 S/New York State Thruway S toward Tappan Zee Bridge/New York City. Take Exit 12, RT-303 S/West Nyack. Follow Route 303 S. approx. 3 miles to Erie St. Turn right at the traffic light. Follow over RR tracks to stop light, make left onto Western Highway. Convent is .75mi on the right. For the Main Building, look for the Suso Entrance.

FROM BERGEN COUNTY via Livingston Street. Livingston St. will turn into RT-303 N. Turn left onto Orangeburg Rd. Turn right at first traffic light onto Western Highway. The Convent is approx. ½ mile on the left. For the Main Building, look for the Suso Entrance.

FROM BERGEN COUNTY via Kinderkamack Road. Kinderkamack Rd. turn into RT-304 N. Turn right on E. Central Ave. in Pearl River. Follow Central Ave. to Middletown Road, turn right. At the stop sign, turn left onto Old Middletown Rd. At the stoplight, turn left onto Veteran's Memorial Highway. Turn left onto Western Highway. The Convent is approx. ½ mile on the left. For the Main Building, look for the Suso Entrance.
